REGISTERED MANAGER: Sharon Turner

Sharon Turner has overall responsibility for the service including:

  • Maintaining compliance with legislation and regulation, including completing mandatory notifications to our regulatory body, the Care Quality Commission
  • The health, safety and well being of all clients and employees
  • Strategy and business development
  • Maintaining the highest standard of service in every department and for every client

Sharon Turner is based in Bury St Edmunds, and responsible for care management in this area and North Suffolk, (Mildenhall and Lakenheath), East Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. She oversees the times and duration of each care call, the allocation of small teams of care workers to each client, maintaining continuity of care and ensuring client needs are well provided for.

SERVICE MANAGER CAMBRIDGESHIRE, (DOMICILIARY): Michelle Clarke

Michelle Clarke is the Domiciliary Care Manager for Peterborough, Yaxley, Whittlesey, Wisbech and surrounding areas. She oversees the times and duration of each care call, the allocation of small teams of care workers to each client, maintaining continuity of care and ensuring client needs are well provided for.

SERVICE MANAGER, (SUPPORTED LIVING): Teri Bramwell

Teri Bramwell is the Supported Living Care Manager covering Cambridgeshire. Supported Living offer longer visits – up to 24 hours and support both Adults and Children and Young People. The team specialise in complex care and assist service users to attend a variety of settings, including education and leisure facilities. and She oversees the times and duration of each care call, the allocation of small teams of care workers to each client, maintaining continuity of care and ensuring client needs are well provided for.

TRAINING MANAGER: Kerry Ray

Kerry Ray is responsible for delivering a comprehensive Induction programme to new workers, as well as maintaining mandatory refresher courses for existing staff. We encourage all workers to complete Health and Social Care Diplomas, as well as specialist training.

Our Induction programme, includes: the Safe Administration of Medication, Safeguarding Adults and Children, and Moving and Handling, (theory and practical), and other essential training.
